  • What sizes do you cater for?
    We currently offer sizes 8-20 and A-G for lingerie. For any size requests that fall outside of this, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • How do I know what size is right for me?

  • Where are you located?
    Our small studio is located in Brisbane, Australia and production is local.
  • Are you looking for staff?
    We’re always on the lookout for talented new people!   • How much is shipping within Australia?
    Standard shipping is $10 for purchases up to $149.99 and FREE for all orders over this amount. Please note that processing times (details below) apply.
  • How much is shipping internationally?
    International shipping is a flat rate of $15
  • What is your processing time for orders?
    We endeavor to have your order shipped within 48 hours. On occasion this is not possible. In the event that there are longer than usual processing times, we will contact you to let you know. If you need something urgently and would like to check our stock levels and current processing times, please send us a message through the contact form.
  • What is your refund, return and exchange policy?
    If you purchase the incorrect size we will exchange the item for the same style in the correct size as long as the item/s are in a new and unworn condition. Unfortunately, as a small business, we cannot at this time refund or exchange for change of mind. As per Australian consumer rights, any item/s deemed to be faulty or defective will be refunded or an exchange will be offered. N.B. All tags need to still be attached to any garment that is sent back for return. Items that are soiled, obviously worn or damaged (with the exception of manufacturing faults) will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. All refunds, returns and exchanges need to be initiated within 14 days of the date purchase.
  • What is your process for returns and exchanges?
    Please email us at or use the contact form here to initiate the return process. Ensure details of your order including name, date and order number and reason for return are included in your message. As soon as your items pass inspection you will be notified and be issued a refund, credit voucher or have new garments forwarded to you.
