Return & Exchange Policy

If you purchase the incorrect size we will exchange the item for the same style in the correct size as long as the item/s are in a new and unworn condition. Unfortunately, as a small business, we cannot at this time refund or exchange for change of mind.

As per Australian consumer rights, any item/s deemed to be faulty or defective will be refunded or an exchange will be offered.

N.B. All tags need to still be attached to any garment that is sent back for return. Items that are soiled, obviously worn or damaged (with the exception of manufacturing faults) will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

All refunds, returns and exchanges need to be initiated within 14 days of the date purchase.

• Please email us at info@meaculta.com or use the contact form here to initiate the return process. Ensure details of your order including name, date and order number and reason for return are included in your message.

• When the return process has been confirmed you can forward your item/s along with details of your purchase to:

• After we receive the garments they will be inspected for signs of faults,wear or use. As soon as your items pass inspection you will be notified and be issued a refund, credit voucher or have new garments forwarded to you.
